Rentals and Sales

Cottage and Facility Rentals

Several cottages are available for rent during the Camp season. The Hilltop and Watson cottages sleep up to 8-12 each and are used for small retreats and guest families. The Parsonage holds 2-3 and is a nice retreat for guest Pastors. These cottages have hot/cold water, showers, kitchens, sleeping, living areas, and include use of the pool.

We also have RV and trailer sites, with electric and water hook-ups, and a primitive camping area. Other facilities for rental by church or family groups include the Hilltop picnic pavilion and the swimming pool.

Cottage Sales

A number of cottages are available for sale to approved cottagers. These include cottages owned by the Camp Meeting, as well as those offered by sale from current owners. Please contact the BSCM Camp Office for the more current information on cottage listings.

Please note: cottages may only be purchased by those who have completed the application process and been approved for membership in the Camp Meeting Association. In addition, all cottage sales must be processed and approved by the Financial Secretary to ensure that potential outstanding financial debts or assessments are satisfied prior to concluding the purchase.
